Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and warehouse leadership. This role requires physical dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to operate powered industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Flexible to work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
