Starting Wage: Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time
Job Schedules:
- Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday
- Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday
- Schedule B: Rotating schedule
- Schedule C: Every other weekend
- Schedule D: Monday to Friday
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise.
- Perform general cleaning and inventory tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements.
- Inspect product quality and address issues.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness and teamwork.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Efficiently organize and execute tasks.
- Basic arithmetic and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently lift up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry.
- Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
