Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers up to $23.50 per hour and an average of 30-35 hours per week. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing orders, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Load and unload merchandise following safety guidelines.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety concerns.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate quality and safety consciousness.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
