Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety standards. You must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work conscientiously and collaboratively.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
