Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, as well as maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Inspect product for quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Positive attitude and resilience under pressure.
• Efficiently organizes and executes tasks.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Continuously move merchandise and operate equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions.
