1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a competitive starting wage of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
