1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi. As part of the team, you will play a vital role in the efficient handling and movement of merchandise within the warehouse. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour based on the shift and schedule differential pay.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements:
