1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. The starting wage is up to $18.00-$22.00 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay). As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products for shipment, warehouse cleaning, inventory counts, and collaborating with warehouse leadership to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Work both independently and within a team environment.
