Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity at Aldi for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team. This full-time role offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective communication.
• Contribute to process improvements and achieve budgeted goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Perform all tasks accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment safely.
