1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations ensure that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our growing number of stores for customer satisfaction. This position offers part-time hours, fewer than 30 hours per week, with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate with the team for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
