Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse is maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Assist in implementing process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
