1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for diligent and motivated individuals to join ALDI as 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers. As part of the warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, preparing orders, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Shift Details

Shift: 1st Shift starting at 7:00 AM

Schedules:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday
• Schedule B: Every other weekend
• Schedule C: Every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Inspect products for quality and report issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
