1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at ALDI. As a full-time role, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with a competitive starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate warehouse equipment.
