Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize merchandise and prepare shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and placing products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise and preparing deliveries.
• Standing, bending, reaching, and operating equipment.
• Working in varying temperatures and environments.
