1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing and loading merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness to meet safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Inspect product quality and make recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work within a team and independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
