1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a critical part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and preparing merchandise for shipment to our stores, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise following guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Take part in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to be employed by Aldi.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and work efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
