1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour, depending on the shift schedule. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately for order fulfillment.
• Organize and relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
