Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team. As a warehouse stocker, you will be responsible for receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts.
Responsibilities
- Receive and select incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and appearance standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality and report issues to management.
- Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments.
- Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
