Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock movements, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and ensuring the quality and safety of products.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain communication with peers and management.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
- Execute assigned tasks accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, follow instructions, and work both independently and in a team.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise within the warehouse and prepare for deliveries.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
