1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and contributing to the overall maintenance and appearance of the warehouse. As part of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are prepared for delivery to our stores, providing quality products to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and assist in unloading incoming shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements to enhance warehouse operations.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds of product.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
