Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient handling and distribution of merchandise to our stores. Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipments and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
