1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This role offers up to $18.00-$22.00 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay) for 30-35 hours per week. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise. Additionally, you will perform general cleaning duties, inventory counts, and communicate effectively with peers and management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
