1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at ALDI. With an average of 30-35 hours per week, the starting wage ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. The selected candidates will be responsible for efficiently receiving and selecting incoming stock, organizing merchandise in the warehouse, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and facilitating inventory counts. Collaboration, communication, and proactive problem-solving are essential aspects of this role.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Acts Conscientiously, Collaborates and Cooperates with Team, Demonstrates Positive Attitude and Resilience, Drives for Success, and Organizes and Executes with Efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and placing products up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, standing, bending, reaching, and operating equipment in varying temperatures.
