Job Description
We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift differentials. Your shift will start at 7:00 AM.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
- Inspect product quality and collaborate with management for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
- Operate efficiently, follow instructions, and work independently or in a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to apply company policies.
