Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the ALDI team. As a Warehouse Stocker, your responsibilities will include selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and more.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
- Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Interact effectively with peers, suppliers and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrates concern for quality, product integrity, and safety.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely and properly.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments.
