Job Description
We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores for our growing customer base. This part-time position offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour, with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week spent working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. You will participate in a comprehensive training and safety program that equips you with the necessary skills for success.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving goals.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work conscientiously and collaboratively.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Organized, efficient, and capable of following instructions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
