Job Description
Join ALDI as a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker and be part of our fast-paced warehouse operations team. You will be responsible for receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive high-quality products. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a competitive hourly wage of $23.75.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines and prepare for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budget goals.
- Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and efficiency.
- Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
