Job Description
We are looking to hire a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the ALDI team on a full-time basis. The position offers up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, relocating merchandise within the warehouse, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
- Perform general cleaning duties.
- Participate in inventory counts.
- Cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to improve processes.
- Inspect product quality and safety.
- Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to organize and execute efficiently.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
- Sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
- Work in varying temperatures.
- Operate powered industrial equipment.
