1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety. This role requires working 30-35 hours per week with starting wages between $18.50 - $24.50 per hour based on the shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments efficiently.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
