1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the Aldi team. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient stock handling and warehouse organization.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to meet store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with teammates and management.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving operational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Perform warehouse tasks in varying temperatures.
