We are looking for a dependable 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise based on guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Perform tasks efficiently and follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt, and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, frequently.
• Move merchandise and operate warehouse equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
