Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Our warehouse employees work fewer than 30 hours per week in ambient and temperature-controlled areas. A comprehensive training and safety program will equip you with the skills needed for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
