Job Description

Join Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker! Our warehouse team plays a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This part-time position offers an average of under 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership for effective communication and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate warehouse equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
