Job Description
We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a part-time team member, you will play a crucial role in receiving and stocking products efficiently to fulfill store orders and maintain warehouse operations. Working in a dynamic environment, you will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
