Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring proper handling and organization within the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following guidelines for efficient warehouse organization.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Communicate effectively with peers and management to optimize processes.
- Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and contribute to achieving warehouse goals.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
- Basic arithmetic skills and adherence to company policies and procedures.
