Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations ensure the efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a vital role in maintaining our warehouse operations and supporting the distribution of goods to our stores.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to collaborate with a team and demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments.
- Perform tasks like lifting, bending, and reaching throughout the warehouse.
