Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback for process improvement.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and operate warehouse equipment.
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
