Job Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Salary: Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocates merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, loads, and unloads merchandise.
• Performs general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Cooperates with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provides input for process improvements.
• Inspects product quality and safety concerns.
• Acts independently within responsibilities.
• Assists in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follows safety guidelines and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Age 18 or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, attention to detail, and work in a team.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, bending, reaching, standing, working in varying temperatures, and operating equipment.
