Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi with a starting wage of up to $19.00 - $23.00 per hour. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
- Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years or older.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Efficient in organizing and executing tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic arithmetic and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment.
- Perform various warehouse tasks in different temperatures.
