Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. The role offers a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating with peers and supervisors to enhance warehouse processes.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
- Perform general cleaning duties and participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
- Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret company policies, excellent communication skills.
- Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
- Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
