Job Description
We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and relocating merchandise in the warehouse to fulfill orders efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining warehouse appearance standards, inventory counts, and ensuring product quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
- Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
- Follow ergonomic and safety guidelines while operating equipment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
