Job Description
We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week, starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The warehouse operates various schedules including A1, A2, B, C, and D. As a Warehouse Stocker, your responsibilities include selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, conducting inventory counts, and interacting effectively with peers and leadership.
Job Qualifications
Key competencies required for this role include conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency. Additionally, candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess skills in applying company policies, communication, basic arithmetic, attention to detail, and teamwork.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
