Job Description
We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. This part-time position offers less than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
- Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Experience adhering to quality, safety, and productivity standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt positively to challenges and change.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products up to 45 pounds at various heights.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments.
