Job Description

Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate positive attitude and resilience.
- Efficient organization, execution, and adherence to company policies.
- Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating equipment.
- Standing, bending, reaching, and working in varying temperatures.
- Safe operation of powered industrial equipment.
