1st Shift Warehouse Stocker
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, starting at up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour. The role involves selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties and participate in inventory counts.
- Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
- Assist in achieving budgeted goals and process improvements.
- Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
- Operate equipment safely and follow company policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to collaborate, adapt to challenges, and drive for success.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
- Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
