1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. You'll be responsible for maintaining warehouse appearance standards, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to ensure warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.

Job Qualifications

• Ability to lift items up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and physical requirements.
