1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, sorting, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the overall efficiency and appearance of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and product quality assurance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
