1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the ALDI team. This position offers a starting wage of up to $22.75 per hour and involves handling incoming stock efficiently, organizing warehouse merchandise, and participating in inventory management. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers.
• Provide feedback for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment.
