1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in selecting and receiving incoming stock efficiently, organizing merchandise strategically, and maintaining warehouse appearance and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be able to work with or without accommodations, demonstrate excellent collaboration skills, and proactively contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Work independently within delegated responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment.
