Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the Aldi team. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. This position offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour for fewer than 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Operate equipment safely and report any issues.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, communicate effectively, and perform basic arithmetic.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
